A berry fruit smoothie is a great way to stay healthy while travelling

This berry fruit smoothie is great when you need an energy boost or you’re craving sugar.  Instead of splurging at a juice bar, learn how to make your own delicious version, which in my opinion, tastes just as good.

All my recipes are gluten and dairy free for a happy digestive system.

Berry Delicious Fruit Smoothie – serves 1

1/2 a banana, chopped
Small handful of strawberries
A few of small chunks of pineapple
A few of small chunks of mango
1/4 cup of Vitamin Water Zero xoxox
Water

Blend all ingredients in a blender, or NutriBullet.
