This healthy chocolate smoothie is great to starve off sugar cravings

This healthy chocolate and banana smoothie is great to have for breakfast or when you’re craving something sweet. It is also gluten and dairy free, and full of protein to fire up your metabolism and keep you fuller for longer. Add a pinch of cinnamon if you like- this will also help to increase your metabolism for the day.

Chocolate Banana Vit C Breakfast Smoothie – Serves 1

1/2 a banana, chopped
1/2 an orange
150ml unsweetened almond milk
50ml water
1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
2 squares of dairy free and gluten free dark chocolate (optional)
pinch on cinnamon (optional)

Blend all ingredients in a blender, or NutriBullet.
